I started my skincare journey 27 years ago as a student at Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics where I quickly fell in love with all things skincare. Upon graduating and becoming a licensed esthetician, I moved to Las Vegas where I was mentored by master estheticians at some of the most reputable spas in the country. During these years I honed my skills in precision waxing, therapeutic massage, and I gained a particular interest in customizing facials and advanced treatment regimens for a multitude of skin conditions and concerns. My passion for esthetics grew stronger, and I relocated to Massachusetts where I gained a loyal client base on the south shore, first through my own skincare business and later while working at small boutique studios. I learned so much from each and every experience to which I am grateful for.
After growing both professionally and personally, it was time to open a skincare studio of my own, and Inner Peace Skin Studio was born. My vision was to create a peaceful, serene space for my clients to escape to while they achieve their skincare goals, and leave feeling beautiful, renewed, and refreshed. I am excited to welcome you and hope to see you soon!!!
Betsie Kamm
My career as an esthetician began in 2017 after attending Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics, but my love for skincare and beauty started years before as an art student at the University of Vermont. It was there that I became inspired by the beauty of nature as well as the importance of the mind- body connection. I moved to Boston and worked in management at Polo Ralph Lauren and Thomas Pink, where I put together looks for clients that included David Ortiz, John Slattery, and Jennifer Garner, and I developed a keen eye for perfection and esthetic balance through merchandising. It wasn’t until after my son was born that I finally pursued a dream that was just an idea for a long time, and I became a licensed esthetician. I started working at Tryst Studio in Hingham, but have now found my home at Inner Peace Skin Studio and I can’t wait to welcome you here. I love all aspects of my job, especially working with clients to improve skin conditions including rosacea, acne, and compromised or damaged skin. I hold advanced certifications in gua sha massage and dermapaning, and I always have my finger on the pulse of an ever- evolving skincare industry. I believe beauty comes from within, and my goal is to just help it to shine through. Come in and see me!
